Override warning message that amount is different than qty times unit price?

I have added another field to the line items in sales order/estimates that is used as part of the amount totaling and making the calculation using client-side scripting. However, each time the 'Add'/'Done' button is pressed an alert pops up stating 'The amount is different than quantity times unit price! Is this correct?'. Since I already know this as I am doing it, is there anyway to turn this warning off, either temporarily or permanently?
