Can multiple Location Codes generate separate Balance Sheets?

We have two Location Codes, one for corporate and one for a subsidary.  All transactions have been entered under one Location Code or the other.  We are having problem getting one Balance Sheet for corporate and one Balance Sheet for the subsidary.

Can this be done?  If so, please tell me how.
