Department Restrictions on Chart of Accounts

I am looking for suggestions on how to restrict access to see a number of accounts in our Chart of Accounts, specifically our G & A accounts.   We are not a publicly owned company and we would prefer to keep the executive expenses restricted to our Executive department.    

Any ideas?
