Accepting Customer Payments
We are having a serious problem trying to accept customer payments and need some immediate help from Netsuite.
For the past 6 months the accept payments user interface freezes and error messages pop up that instruct us to notify Netsuite. We have contacted Netsuite without any resolution or solutions to the issues. The case number is 711694.
The accept payments user interface does not function during the daytime PST , after 5 pm PST the problem sometimes goes away but mostly not. The problem has worsened since the last Netsuite version update.
We have a very large corporate Customer base and are unable to collect payments or properly maintain Customer records, this is obviously not satisfactory.
