viewing transactions in customer record
With some roles (administrator, CEO), I see a transactions subtab on the sales tab of a customer record - in addition to items and upsell subtabs. However, with some other roles (sales person), I don't see the transactions tab, just items or items & upsell. We'd like our sales folks to see and navigate to the transactions without going to the dashboard. There must be a role difference, but I can't find it. Any ideas?
