Sales Orders Email Confirmations

We are taking our telephone orders via Enter Sales Orders.  However, the customer only receives a "Sales Order" confirmation but does not receive the HTML Order Confirmation that my web customers receive when the place the order via the website.

My question is:

Is there a way that the telephone order customers receive the same order confirmation email as on web customers?
