Email in customer record changed, invoice resent but still goes to old email.
Netsuite is remembering old information even though it has been changed in Customer record. An invoice was processed and invoice sent using the EMAIL button to wrong email. I received postmaster message and edited the email address in Customer record. Gone into the Invoice , Edit and resend the Invoice however, the old email is still being used and Postmaster message again.
Checked and noticed that email has been updated so, why was the Invoice still
sent to the old email address?
