credits on credit cards
Hi there,
does anyone know of a good way to apply customer credits when they pay by credit card?
In otherwords, if we issue a credit for damaged merchandise for instance-- the next time they order, how can we apply that credit on the sales order. All of our business is credit card.
I understand how this is done with invoices/net 30 situations, but are there any good solutions for recognizing at the time of the customer order that they have a credit, applying the credit and then removing the credit.
