Inventory Value not Calculating
Hello All,
We currently have a handful of inventory items that have a purchase price listed and a QTY associated with them yet it is not calculating the value of the inventory. This is not happening with all our items (only about 5%) so I do not think is a general setting problem.
Also note these items are subitems. In the "master item" we have the purchase price with no qty associated since the qtys are all individual. i'm wondering if the master item is overriding the value on the subitem. How to I alleviate this problem and allow the subitems calculate the value on their own. Thanks in advance and I really do not want to have to call customer support.
