Same Item, Different Costs
I need to assign different costs (purchase price from vendor) to the same serialized inventory item. For general inventory we buy a refrigerator for say $500 and sell it standard retail for $600. But we have some hi volume customers for whom we negotiated deals with the manufacturers where we buy at reduced costs (say $400) and sell under contract for $500. At present, we manually manipulate the costs on each order - very time consuming. I want to go to a pull down and select the specific contract making all of the customer pricing and my costs flip to the contract. Suggestions?
