Filter Items by Vendor - PO Entry

Does anyone filter/restrict purchase order detail entry items to a subset of items only belonging to the vendor chosen for that PO?

(I.E.  Vendor ABC has 3 items, when i select Vendor ABC, the Item list only shows those 3 items)

This is very standard functionality that I am sure someone has in NetSuite.
