Sales Sample Accounts
This is perhaps a subject for accounting as well, but could anyone assist in creating an account for Sales Samples?
I need to create a number of accounts that when a sale is entered -the item purchase price instead of going to cost of goods posts to a sales sample expense account.
We would also need to put a limit on the Account to monitor the budgeted amount used by the sales rep.
I know that we can put a credit limit on this account but I really do not want to see an accrewing in our Accounts Receivable. I would rather discount the sales 100% and then have the posting of the COGS to The Sales Sample Expense Account.
