Editing Purchase Orders

Since our upgrade to 2010.1, we are no longer able to edit a Purchase Order in the event some information is incorrect. If you go in to edit the PO, upon save you receive an error message stating the transaction is tied to a client and cannot be changed.

Does anyone know anything about this?
