Charging Tax on Shipping Charges

Is has come to our attention that some of our customers need to be charged tax on the delivery charges or shipping costs.

Is there a way to do this in NS?  We already have the product sold taxable and it calculates that correctly but it doesn't add tax to the shipping cost.
