Was the "Close" button always next to "Fulfill" on Sales Orders?

We've noticed an increase in issues where orders are unintentionally closed.  The 2010.2 upgrade was applied to our account last Friday.

Anyone have a solution? I could disable the button by role with a Suitescript if it appeared in "edit" mode, but it appears in "view" mode instead.
