Can't delete Budgets

I set up a budget using "copy budgets" based on FY2010 and checked the boxes for "keep customer detail" and "keep item detail". I now have 49,000 plus budgets.  I cannot figure out how to delete them.
Can anyone tell me how to delete these in mass???

I have copied budgets for the last ten years and I don't know why I choose to keep the detail this time, how could it hurt?  I can't find anything in the "help".  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
