Sending out Renewal Offers- what to use?

We have a SAAS product with an annual renewal.  Since they do not HAVE to renew, we do not consider this an invoice, although we currently label it as such.  However, we do not record it to our AR.

Moving over to NetSuite, what can I send out that will equate to this?

Its a high volume product, so I cannot individually convert tens of thousands of proposals to sales orders or invoices.  I want them to get the renewal notice and be able to easily pay it from that notice as if it was an invoice.
