Speeding up sales order entry
Is there any way to speed up sales order entry?
We really rely on being able to enter orders as fast as possible as some orders are over 200 items large. When we enter orders in NetSuite, you enter the item number, wait, press tab, wait, press enter, wait, etc.
We use a custom record type that pulls in customer-specific pricing and SKUs for each item. When we try to do CSV imports, the customer-specific pricing does not get pulled in to the order.
Does anyone have any tips or advice?
