Is it possible to apply multiple discount items to a sales order?  In our business, our customers often work with an agency, and when we do business with the Agency on behalf of the customer, we offer a 15% discount.  We recently have added in several additional discounts into our system, that are like promotional items, such as $1000 off, 10% off, etc.

The problem I am running into is when we are offering the discount to an agency, and we still need to give the standard 15% discount that we do with every transaction.  At the moment, there is no way in my org to do both at the same time.
