how to restrict chart of account from more than one department? because what I see in chart of account, the restriction only could set to one department?

for example :

I have account "A" and in accounting I have set department called accounting with two sub dept : Finance AP and Finance AR.

I want to set that only department called accounting that could see the account "A", the sub dept "Finance AP" and "Finance AR" is restricted access it (doesn't appear in dropdown transaction for those two department).
