Generating Statements to secondary email address
Hi all,
We are currently trying to move to a process to email all our customer statements. The main problem we have is that several customers have an email address for statements that is not their primary address.
We have set up a custom field for accounts emails however when generating the statements the email option default to the primary email on the customer card with no option to change. Does anyone know how we can work around this?
