Unable to edit journal entries created by Rev Rec Schedule
We are in the process of restructuring our departments and product classes. We had a planned to update all existing transactions with our new hierarchies, however, it appears we are unable to edit Product Class or Department on journal entries that were created by Revenue Recognition Schedules.
I called NetSuite Support and was told that there was an existing enhancement request from a couple years ago on this same issue.
How can this be?
Need to come up with a workaround. We have approximately 60,000 journal entry lines that would either need to be recreated or redistributed to new product classes.
