Set Default Price Level to Custom

We currently have 3 Price Levels: Custom, List & Online. When entering line items on Quotes (Estimates) or Sales Orders the Price Level field always populates with List. We very rarely sell at List and almost always sell at Custom. Is there a way to have the Price Level field at the line item level default to Custom? This would save a ton of mouse clicks for us. Thanks!
