Sales Tax Payment

I have created invoices with Canadian taxes.  When I go to Sales Tax Payment, the tax code is not showing.  I have selected the correct subsidiary, account and Nexus. The end date is in the future (to see if the date is causing the issue) and the Include all Payments... is checked.  What am I doing wrong?  Thank you for any help.
