Report - Sales Tax Liability by Tax Item Question

The Sales Tax Liability by Tax Item report is showing more detail that I would prefer.

As an example, this report shows:
KS_BARTON CO with the county tax rate of 1%
KS_GREAT BEND with city tax rate of .75%
KS_KS with state tax of 6.5%

What I am looking for is:
KS_BARTON CO_GREAT BEND for 8.25%

To be clear, the 3 lines of detail works fine for other states. Kansas wants it rolled up into KS_BARTON CO_GREAT BEND

KS_BARTON CO_GREAT BEND is what shows on the customer invoice.
