Creating a group email to send a purchase order to multiple people

Hi

One of our vendors requires us to send our Purchase Orders to multiple people. The standard email template only allows us to send to one recipient. Is there a way to set up an email group that contains the email addresses of all recipients and use that as the default email address for that vendor?
