Price Protection?

Hi.

Our CEO is wanting to figure out a way to get NS to acknowledge when Vendors drop their price and there is a protection agreement in place where we get a credit memo for what we currently have in inventory.
Since I have to affect the costing of the item(s) in question, I do not know the best way to handle this.

Can anyone help me with this problem?
