Correct Cash Basis Reporting within Netsuite?

Is there a way to get accurate Cash Basis Reporting within Netsuite? We have reached out to Avalara and others to no avail in this regard.

Specifically we are having issues w the Netsuite Sales Tax Liability Report esp since we are on a Cash Basis. The report provides us with inaccurate data.
