Import CSV fulfillment files

Has anyone been able to successfully use the CSV import for fulfillment files?  We had to quit using it because it was not importing our UPS Tracking numbers at all.  It is exremely time consuming to manually input each individual tracking number on each individual order - especially right now during the busiest season of the year!!

We need this feature to be working ASAP.  Can someone please give me an update on this issue?!?!?
