Item Import Problem with Version 2007
Still having trouble importing update to my matrix items correctly. I'll list what I did below. Please let me know if anyone know specifically what I did wrong.
1. Scan & Upload CSV File
Record Type: Items
Subtype: Serialized Inventory Item
Character Encoding: Windows 1252
CSV File: One file to upload
The csv file is based on the import template in the previous version. Fields with data are: Item Name/Number, Parent, Item Type, Is Inactive. Basically I'm just trying to activate/inactivate existing items. We need to do that periodically to compensate for our ever fluctuating inventory. Note that the csv file is in the exact format that used to work in the previous version.
