Import Assistant Documentation (lack of)

There are at least a dozen recent threads regarding import items and the new import assistant. Would it be possible to get some documentation from Netsuite. The one page overview in the help section just does not provide the necessary details. We have created the CSV spreadsheet using the Netsuite template with column headings for importing matrix item updates, just as we have for years now. If Netsuite would simple tell use Exactly what to map every column heading from the old template it would help.

I have the following fields in my current CSV file of items I would like to update:
