Inconsistent Customer Field Update - CSV Import
Anyone --
We added a price level and I am trying to some of our customers / prospects / leads to that price level.
I created a saved search that gave me the "group" that I want to change. I downloaded the search to CSV. I have a saved CSV file with Internal ID, Price Level & comment columns (the comment is for internal use).
I started with 373 records. 219 imported successfully. 154 did not. The error messages were:
"That record does not exist." and "Please enter value(s) for: Company Name".
All of the records are active - that was a filter of the Search. All have company names. I've checked several and they are valid, active and set up normally and completely.
