trying to import Customer's (Closed Won)

I'm trying to import new customers and leads I have split them up,
So I have been trying to add new customers(closed/Won).CSV file to my netsuite

This is the first time I have tried to add customers, so I made a list of 10 customers  that were missing from my netsuite and I'm using it as a test run before import a lot of leads.

So my issues are another
"Invalid contact reference key Killen, Peter.",
peter killen is the first name at the top of the contact list.

My Field Mapping looks like this.
  
  Contact                      >  Primary Contact
