How To Update Post/Zip Codes via csv export/import

Hello,

    I am attempting to update post/zip codes on all addresses held for a customer via csv export -> data manipulation -> csv import. 

   I am struggling to achieve this..... I do not have a populated 'Address Label' therefore I have an error on my import field mapping (Mandatory field missing for field "label"). 
   I'm currently exporting Internal ID, Postal Code & Address Label.  (Presumably Address Label if populated, provides a way of matching addresses within Customer (i.e. where there are multiple addresses for a Customer and therefore the Internal ID is the same)?)

    Does anybody have any suggestions for how I may overcome these problems?
