Importing Leads
When we get back from our conferences we typically have many new leads to enter and it would be nice to not do this by hand. I have been playing around with the import leads function for a while now and can't seem to get past the initial stage of uploading the .csv file. Does anyone have a format that they have successfully used in the past for something like this? Once I see what works it shouldn't be hard for me to modify the leads I have to fit this. Thanks very much.
