Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

CSV Import- price rounding is weird
We're updating the base (retail) price of a few hundred part #s. I am updating these prices via a simple CSV import.
The retail price will import just fine, but the calculations that the other price levels make is odd. For example, one of the levels automatically takes 35% off of the retail price. This figure is calculated by NS, and requires no input from myself. The issue is: these calculated prices round very oddly. Depending on the calculated value, the numbers are getting rounded out all the way to the 5th decimal place.
It gets weirder. I can go in and edit the inventory part. I can highlight the retail price that I just imported in, and simply hit tab. The calculated fields all adjust and round to 2 decimal places. I don't change a single thing within the retail field, I simply hit tab to have the system recalculate the other price level values.
