CSV gets overridden by SFA Rules
So I have an issue and can’t see to find help with NetSuite Support.
I am trying to do a CSV import of prospects with contacts, and I am marking the import to hard code a specific sales rep (using sales teams) but during the import the SFA rules take over and set the sales rep to the accordingly. I am of the impression that you SHOULD be able to set the sales rep via import and not be overridden by the system (SFA) rules.

Have a CSV file I am trying to import, Import Type: Relationship Record Type: Prospects and Contacts Together, 1252 encoding. One file only created in excel 2007 saved as CSV. I have tried using Add, Update and Add and Update (though these are all new prospects). For advanced options the support rep told me to check the overwrite sublists check box which didn’t work either. On the mapping screen I mapped all the fields that were needed. For the sales rep (using team selling) I selected all 4 option and hard coded them by selecting the pencil icon and setting
