Custom field missing when doing an import/update
Hi there,
Was a bit surprised when trying to update a custom entity field (customer, contact, supplier and other name) we created to hold the import reference of records we imported into the system - it was not available when it came to mapping the fields in the CSV file to the NS fields.
I checked to confirm the field label in
Setup > Custom Entity Fields >
When I go through the import guide I chose "relationships" and "customer" records (I have also tried other combinations of contact/customer records). Regardless of which combination of customer/contact records I selected in the previous screen - the field I am trying to update is not listed.
