What is "Invalid parent reference key" error in import

I am trying to import matrix items and I get this error:
"Invalid parent reference key"
In my csv import I have:
CREAPADDLEDAY as "Parent Matrix Item"
and
CREAPADDLEDAY-11-0 as "Child Matrix Item" and this is also a Subitem of CREAPADDLEDAY

What could be wrong?
