Role permissions for csv import to custom record

What permissions do I have to assign a Role
so that this Role can csv import to a custom record?

If I am not using the administrator role I only see the following
import types
- Classification
- Employees
- Items
- Notes
- Relationships
- Transactions

I also need
- Custom Records
