How to import Postal code To sales rules

Hi,
Please does anyone knows how to import 100s of postal code currently on excel spreadsheet  into sales rules > customer FIELD RULES> sub-criteria without having to enter them manually.

I'm creating some sales rules but have 100s of postcode to entered on the system.

Do you know how to assign specific postcodes to a sales reps without having to create a territory per sales rep as there are many postcodes in the region but sales rep should not share territories however have one territory per region.

Region will have many sales rep.:)
