Removing a price level?

Is it possible to remove an entire pricing level through CVS import?

During one massive update I managed to create a duplicate pricing level. Qty 0 and Qty 1 are now both the same price. Luckally it has no effect on the website, but its annoying on the backend.

I can set a null price on a price level, but I cant remove a qty through CVS import. Is there any way around this? I have 550 products to fix...
