Importing related items?

I know this questions has been asked before, and I've looked over all the threads about it, but for the life of me, I can't make it work. I'm trying to import related items for all of my items that currently display on my website, so I'm basically re-importing my items, but only updating the related item fields.

I've just been trying to do a quick test with one item and I can't even find the fields that other threads and the NS documentation is referencing. Can somebody give me a quick tutorial on how to do it or point me in the right direction? Even help on how to format my CSV file would be helpful, cuz I'm pretty sure mine's not going to do it:
