Importing Credit Card Info Cash Sale
I have a process that I requires a whole lot of scrubbing outside of NetSuite (or at least that is how I am doing it). Then I re-import as cash sale with the encrypted credit card number. For some reason it worked for about 8 of the customers, and the rest it did not. I think it may have worked for the ones that were VISA, and not for the others.
The ones it did not work for it gave an error message that it must only contain digits.
I tried importing using credit card select, this still would not work. it would not recognized the multiple select and I made sure the format was exactly the same, even used the 'em dash'.
