CSV upload not able to cancel

I've been trying to cancel my current CSV job for over 1hour and 30 minutes. there are 4 csv jobs after mine.
what's wrong with netsuite? why am i not able to cancel my csv upload? it's going to get pretty crazy soon when the queue keeps growing bigger and bigger.

every time i press 'cancel'.  nothing happens.
