Bulk Import File Attachments

Is it possible to bulk import file attachments to customer records, or to add a Filename or URL to multiple Customer records (via CSV import) that would attach documents (already uploaded to the File Cabinet) to the Customer Record.

I'm looking at options to import documents (old statements, historic transactions etc) to NetSuite and attach them to Customers so that users can look them up.

Any suggestions?
