Employee Centre - Lock Home Page

Hi,

We have a number of staff using the Employee Centre and usually these staff recieve the least training in Netsuite usage.

Currently there seems to be no way to lock down the home page for them - this creates training problems. An example might be that we need the reminders portlet to show, but they can "delete" it from the home page, then there is no way for the admin to be aware (of the change) unless actually logged in as that user.

This centre more than any other needs full administrative controls over it - the ability to publish a locked down page for each screen they use.
