What would cause a custom role not to display?
I created a custom role for inside sales reps based on a custom center called inside sales rep. I also created a test inside sales rep role for development purposes. We did not have any inside sales reps for a while and I just attempted to access my test role when I realized it does not show up on the drop down.
I confirmed the following:
I found the role in "custom roles".
The role is active.
The role is assigned to me.
The custom center is active.
Their are other custom roles with custom centers that show up in the drop down.
