Saved Search access to partners?

I'm trying (in vain) to give a partner access to one of our saved searches.

The partner uses the standard "Partner Center" role.  I have selected the partner in the audience for the saved search.

When I log in as the partner, I don't see any saved searches.  Is it supposed to appear somewhere in the partner center?
