Customer Center Payment Methods

The Customer Center only allows either
1. Sales Order Cash Sales Form
2. Sales Order Invoice Form

Using the Cash Sale form, the only payment method is Credit Card and using the Invoice form, there is no Payment Method for selection, except for using GIFT Certificate.

I need a way to let customer choose payment methods whether it is
CASH/CHEQUE, EFT, Credit Card, invoice

Currently, no form does that.

How is everyone dealing with Customer's Orders via Customer Center if you have various payment methods like Cash/ EFT that you like the customers to choose?
